California state residents are subject to sales tax.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx although we do reserve the right to choose the shipping service that is most appropriate for your order and location
Quality Adventure Inc Return Policies The Quality Adventure exchange, warranty, guarantee and return policies are as follows. For additional assistance please Contact Us or call our customer service department at 1(800)728-6009 Defective Merchandise Any defective merchandise must be reported to Quality Adventure within 48 hours of received shipments. When contacting our customer service department, we will evaluate your claim and if the item if warranted, we will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) or refer you to the manufacturer of the product to file a warranty claim for replacement or repair. When we receive your authorized return, the merchandise is inspected and evaluated by our returns department to best determine what action is taken including but not limited to no cost product repair, product replacement with item of equal or greater value or full purchase price refund including shipping. Reimbursements for return shipping charges may or may not be issues at our discretion Authorized returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase Warranties We reserve the right to send all warranty issues directly to the merchandise manufacturers or to refer customers to the manufacturers for warranty related claims for material defects or other warranty related issues Shipping Errors If you feel that you have been incorrectly shipped and order or received items that were shipped to you in error, you MUST contact us as soon as possible. When we make a determination that a shipping error has occurred, we will issue you an RMA and arrange a cross-shipment or reshipment of your order. Freight Damage Damage that appears like it may have occurred during transit needs to be reported within 24 hour of item receipt. Do not open the damaged package unless instructed to by our customer service personnel. We will notify the carrier and begin return and carrier claim processes Exchanging an Order If we agree to and authorize an exchange, we will do so for an item of equal value. The customer is liable for incurred shipping costs in both directions of the exchange. If an item of greater value is required, additional charges will apply. Items returned for exchange must be in new and unopened condition in original packaging. All items exchanged or returned are subject to inspection. Restocking changes and administrative fees may apply in the instance that the condition of the items are returned do not adhere to this policy Returns for Refund All returns and refund requests are considered on a case by case basis. Authorized, inspected and approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, administrative charges and etc depend on the terms of return. Note the following Opened but non-defective items are not eligible for return Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be returned to the customer Unauthorized returns are subject to a $25 administrative fee as well as applicable restocking charges All requested returns must be returned in original packaging Orders that are Undeliverable Undeliverable, or refused shipments will be subject to a minimum 50% product restocking fee plus any incurred shipping costs. A $25 administrative fee may also be warranted Order Cancellation Once you place an order via our website, it can not be canceled. All of our orders are processed in real time and it may already be shipped. If the item(s) are on back order and unable to ship, you may cancel by calling our customer service department, but only while the order is still back ordered. Emails are not an acceptable form of order cancellation.
